You will be getting an individual training plan to achieve your goal and needs.

One class is usually 60 minutes long in the Studio with Pilates equipments / Machines. Mat Class is also possible, either at your home, Online or in the Studio. Taking at least one class a week is recommended.

• Group Classes

I currently offer following group classes.
Please contact me for details and bookings.

Weekly Equipment Classes (max 4 participants)
Mondays 17:30, 18:45 and 20:00.
Thursdays 18:30 and 19:45.

Closed Mat Classes for your own group
You can make your own group and book mat classes. The Venue needs to be arranged either by you or me.


Scolio-Pilates Private Class

I am a qualified Practitioner for Scolio-Pilates. It is the 3 dimentional way of exercise help prevent the further progression of the spinal curves. We will work on bringing the body towards the neutral positions to enhance the functions of the body and movement. It will help you to create the internal support system for your spine. You can either take this class at your home or in the studio. One class is usually 60min long and taking at least once class a week is recommended.


Prenatal Pilates Private Class

I am a qualified Pre & Postnatal Pilates specialist as well as a mother of a young child.

This training is carefully designed for an expecting mother. While your body undergoes many changes, you will be getting an individual training plan to suit your needs for each stage of your pregnancy. Exercise is safe and very low or non-impact and training during the pregnancy will help you to:

  • maintain appropriate strength and balance,
  • correct posture through each stage of pregnancy,
  • avoid common problems during pregnancy,
  • improve body awareness,
  • keep pelvic floor toned,
  • prepare for labour and delivery,
  • get back to shape more quickly after birth.

Even if your pregnancy progress is favorable, please get your doctor’s approval before taking this class. The presentation of a document is not necessary.

One class is usually 60 minutes long. Taking one class a week is recommended.
You can take classes at home until very end of your pregnancy. If you prefer taking classes in the studio, you can exercise on the equipments. Studio training is recommended until about 32 weeks of your pregnancy and are consider safe to travel to/from the studio. From about 33rd week onward, you can switch to get classes at your home.


Postnatal Pilates Private Class

Postnatal Pilates

I am a qualified Pre & Postnatal Pilates specialist as well as a mother of a young child.

Since enormous physical and emotional changes arise in the first 6 months, it is one of the most important time in your life to take good care of yourself. Postnatal Exercise is very safe and gentle for the body and this training will help you to:

  • restore body function,
  • strengthen the upper body counteracting the strain of breastfeeding and carrying your new baby,
  • tone the stretched pelvic floor,
  • aid in pelvic adjustment,
  • gain figure back,
  • establish the base of your body,
  • return smoothly to various activities.

You can start taking this class from 6 weeks onward after normal vaginal birth and continue until you feel ready to go back to your routine activity. It usually take about a year after the birth. Even if your progress after the birth is favorable, please get your doctor’s approval before taking this class. The presentation of a document is not necessary.

If you had a C-section, please ask your doctor for guidance.

You can take classes at your home or taking your baby with you to the studio if you wish. In the studio you can exercise on the equipments.


Experience, Fitness Level, Age

No experience is necessary. You can start Pilates regardless of your age and fitness level.

Health

If you have an injury or problems, please check with your doctor to see whether you may take Pilates classes for the purpose of improving the conditions.

Very first booking of the class

Please book by email or by phone and let me know your requested date and time for the very first class, as well as your goals. If you would like to take a class at home, please provide your address. Once the date and time are fixed, you will receive a “confirmation of your booking” by email or by phone.

Cancellation policy

When the cancellation is not made 24 hours prior to the class, I will have to charge you 100% of the class fee.
